                                                     Restaurant V.S Home

In the last years the restaurants are coming with a big source of resources to increase their company. People prefer the restaurants, but other people prefer cooking at home. Looking at the pros and cons of the issue will show you that the “pro” arguments are stronger than the “con” arguments.
Some would argue that the food at home is tastier than the food at restaurants. Also at your home you can choose the flavour of your preference like (more salty, sweeter...). At your home you can choose the ingredients that you like. At the restaurant you don’t know the origin of the ingredients.
On the contrary the cooks know the right measure of the ingredients. They also have a large menu of plates that you can choose. The restaurants have the specific type of seasoning that will make your food gorgeous. But you don’t know the origin and the expiration date of the ingredients.
In my opinion the food at home is made with love ( I know a story that a cook spit on the food )
To sum up I think that the food at home is “safer” than the restaurant food, so people must have to care about their health and cook at home.

                                                    Prepared food X Cooking at home

Nowadays the food is very variety and delicious, but you have to pay attention to some things. Cooking at home is healthier and you can lose weight, however you waste time and the flavor of the food depends on how it is prepared.  Prepared food is delicious and fast, however it is fatten and not very healthy. 
In my opinion cooking at home is better than prepared food because prepared food is not good for you health and can cause heart diseases.

The healthy food in supermarket is more priceless than junk food. If you buy nuggets every day you can get sick.  Not only nuggets, a variety of industrial products, but if you eat these things one day per a month it won’t cause any problem.
However you must eat health food everyday because it reinforces your immune system and give you energy and they have a smaller number of calories.

To begin with, some people like eating food in restaurants and other people like preparing and eating food at home, but the question is: Which one is the best?
When you eat food in the restaurants you spend more money and you don’t use your hands to prepare it. But if you don´t know how to cook you can only go to a restaurant near your house.
But if you do not want to spend money and know how to cook, you can only cook for you in your house or in your apartment, you don’t need to get the car.
 Anytime you can cook in your house. Sometimes when you go to restaurant it can be dangerous.
 To sum up, eating in the restaurants is a good idea for people that don’t like cooking but prepare food at home is good for people who don’t want to spend a lot of money and like good food.

                                              The healthy home food
Some people prefer homemade food than fast food because homemade food is healthier, but it takes more work and time to prepare the food.
But the most part of people eat fast food, because they don't have time to stop and prepare home food. Therefore, people get fatter because they eat much fast food.
Most people don't have time to have a good lunch/dinner or other meals. They don't have a good lifestyle, because if you don't have time to eat health food, you can’t be healthy.
In my opinion people need to have more time to relax and have a healthy life.

                                                            It is a good choice?


Some people think that buying food already ready is the best to do, but most of the food that we buy already ready is not good for health.
 Some would argue that buying ready food is easier: you don't have to cook for so long; you don't have to worry about the time; we think that it's so much easier, that we don't have to worry about anything; everyone likes and it's really good.
On the contrary, the prepared food is made with a lot of "bad things", they don't have enough proteins and they have a lot of fat and other things, and it is not good for your health. They are delicious but not good. Sometimes we think that it's better, but fast food contains a lot of bad things for your health, you must be careful.
In my opinion, the prepared food that we buy in the supermarket is really bad for our health.
Therefore, the food we buy ready should contain more proteins and good things.

                                                        Where should we have meals?
   
     Some people like cooking. They cook the meals, cakes, sweets and traditional food. Every day a lot of people buy prepared food or fast food because they have a little time for lunch, so the majority of people prefer buying prepared food or fast food.
      At home you can prepare nutritious food, control the salt and other substances and control the fat in the food.
      But a lot of people eat fast food every day and one day they can become obese. At home you have to be careful because you can be obese too.
      In my opinion it is really better to cook at home than buy prepared food. The process is slow but it is very funny to spend time cooking.

                                                           Fast-cooking

            Today people like to eat in fast foods because they are fast and delicious, but they are too expensive and greasy. Because of these facts I like to cook at home my own food, that is delicious, fast, and it isn’t greasy.
            Fast foods are fast, but they are becoming more expensive over the years, besides they are very greasy. Some supermarkets sell fast food, but it isn’t just sandwiches. It’s food like rice, meat, chicken and lettuce.
            Eating sometimes on Burger King or Mc Donald’s is not a problem, but we mustn´t eat in these places all the time.
            I really like cooking at home, because it isn’t so much expensive or greasy, and I cook very well. At home we can put how much salt or oil we want and the beef (if you pay attention) will never be burned. Today we don’t have time to cook, but a simple food can be prepared in under fifteen minutes, only picking the yesterday rice and adding cheese, meat and some seasoning: Yeh ! There’s a risotto.
            In my opinion, cooking at home is so much cheaper and funnier, fast food is also delicious but you mustn’t eat it every day.

                                                   Is it a problem to eat at food stands?

Some people prefer to eat at food stands or restaurants. Other people prefer to prepare and eat food at home. That’s not a problem because some people don’t have time to prepare food and have a lot of work and housework to do.
  People who buy at food stands because they feel lazy I guess this is not the best option because if the people have time to prepare food I think it’s healthier to prepare the food at home. But buying prepared food is cheaper and it makes less effort than preparing and eating food at home.
  But there are people who prefer to prepare and eat food at home because it is healthier, the food doesn’t have preservatives and you know what is in the food.
In my opinion it is better to prepare and eat food at home than eat at food stands or restaurants. But there are special occasions, for example, when you don’t have time to prepare food at home it’s a good idea you eat at food stands or restaurants. But if you eat at food stands or eat prepared food every day, probably you will have serious health problems.
  So how is your food?

                                                             Cooking-do you like it?

                   I will talk about the pros and cons of cooking at home and buying prepared food.
                   Cooking at home is good because you have the control on the quantity of Sodium and fats in the food, but it can be quite time consuming and will smudge your pots.
                   Buying prepared food, however, doesn’t consume time and it won’t smudge your pots, but prepared foods contain much Sodium and fats, which are bad for your organism if you eat them too much.
                    So, I think the best food is the one that is more practical for the person that have or don’t have time to cook.

                                                                  Food Battle

Currently, most people have a very full and busy routine, depending on fast foods. Other people, even with many chores, prefer to spend their time preparing their own food healthier and tasty.
In my opinion, preparing your own food, cooking and spending more of your time is a very good attitude, you can change your day and your life. You can have a very full day, but devote to cooking is a habit that should be more common. Some downsides are the time that you should spend, the kitchen will be dirty, and also some people have difficulty to cook.
Buy prepared food can be really practical if you don’t have time or don’t know how to cook. Sometimes it’s good just warm up a pizza and enjoy. It isn’t very healthy to eat only fast foods, try to vary, give a chance to cook.
In conclusion, prompt and fast foods can be a quickly and an easy option, but cooking is a healthy habit and can improve your routine. Give a chance to yourself, try new things.
